Q. How do we start the process and how much deposit would we require?

We would sit down and have a 20-30 minute free of charge information session to work all this out.

Q. We are at the beginining stages and need help with finance, can you help with that?

Q. What would the payment be each week?

That would depend on the total package amount, land, house, site work, and finishing items chosen. Once that is all complete we can work out an amount you would pay each week depending on the interest rate available at the time.

Q. If we already have land can you provide design for any block?

Yes, we would book a free 20-30 minute information session to discuss what will fit on your land and how you guys would want to live in your home, then sketch up a concept based on exactly that.

Q. Can you put together the home and land package for us?

Yes, we have strong connections with land agents and real estate agents all over Perth to help find that perfect block to build your new home.

Q. Can you build on a rural site?

Yes, we have multiple homes being build/ built already on rural sites all over Perth. From Brigadoon to Oakford to Dandalup Springs Estates to name a few.

Q. We have an old home can you provide a full service demo, build a new home and do you take care of everything ?

Yes, we do. We would manage the entire process from the initial surveys to demo and construction and everything in between.

Q. Have you a set of standard plans with x, y, z requirements that I can look at?

Yes, we have multiple designs to suit most lot shapes/sizes and we can adjust any of those plans to suit your exact requirements.

Q. How much will site works be in the area?

Most areas are simple, as land developers provide you an engineering detail to work off. More Rural sites like Brownfield may need a survey unless we have worked in that area before to give you a more accurate figure.

Q. If nothing suits can you custom design a home for us and will that be any additional cost?

Yes, we specialise in custom home designs. From the initial catch-up, sketch to fully custom-drawn cad plans included. 3D Walkthroughs are also available if required.

Q. Can you design single or double storey homes?

Yes, we have designed single, Double, Triple, Undercroft homes in the past. We can cater to all types of home designs.

Q. What areas do you build in?

We build all over Perth, North, East, South and West.

Q. Can you build on a rural site?

Yes, we have multiple homes we have built as well as many others we are building on rural sites all over Perth. From Brigadoon to Oakford to Dandalup Springs Estates to name a few.
